In Psalm 91 we are given promises of rest, protection, satisfying long life, and more! The writer, most likely Moses, calls it “abiding in the shadow of The Almighty”. These promises are made to those who “dwell” in the shelter of The Almighty. So the question is; How do we “dwell” in His shelter?
Psalms Week 5 - Psalm 84 (Work Into Worship)
In week 5 of our Psalms series Pastor BJ Sullivan dives into Psalm 84 written by the Sons of Asaph. These temple custodians, singers, and musicians discovered the secret to turning their work into worship thus their work served an eternal purpose. We can do the same and be ignited with passion when we begin to see our work become worship as well.
Psalms Week 4 - Psalm 1 (How To Prosper)
In Psalm Chapter 1 King David teaches us how to be like a tree planted by the water, prospering in all that we put our hands to. This advice from the king takes a kingdom mindset. If we think like a citizen of the Kingdom of God instead of a citizen of the world that we are “in but not of” we will “prosper” in all things. What does “prosper” mean though? Find out in this Sunday sermon from Pastor BJ Sullivan.
Psalms Week 3 - Psalm 57 (How To Get Out of A Cave)
Pastor BJ Sullivan delivers a message based on Psalm 57. David wrote Psalm 57 about the time he fled from Saul and hid in a cave. Time to come out of the cave!!
